"Usually they do not answer calls. Also a few times over the past few years, when I leave a message for them to call me back, they haven't. Just not pleased with the customer service here, mainly for these 2 reasons. However, when I am on the phone with Violet, she is always kind and helpful. I think they are short staffed and have been for quite some time now. Been meaning to switch to a different agent, just haven't gotten around to it yet."
