They go above and beyond to do whatever they can to get you the best quotes, discounts and the correct insurance that works or is better for you. I know they’ve saved me when I lady hit me luckily she did have insurance and Jackie, Payton or Mrs. Violet didn’t give up until I had a new car that I still have to this day and that was awhile ago. Call them and be apart of the family. One of those three lady’s will either pick up or give you a call back faster than you can leave a voicemail. I’ve witnessed it myself or I wouldn’t be saying it. They are absolutely amazing and I love JACKIES STATE FARM. I promise you won’t be disappointed and it takes a lot for me to really like a company that we’ll but like I said they make you feel good about having insurance and being responsible, I know they do me anyway. "We use to have insurance there kept going up and had home insurance through underwriters. Also kept going up. Try to call several times to talk about home insurance and left messages for her to call back. Nothing now we need to find other home insurance."

"Usually they do not answer calls. Also a few times over the past few years, when I leave a message for them to call me back, they haven't. Just not pleased with the customer service here, mainly for these 2 reasons. However, when I am on the phone with Violet, she is always kind and helpful. I think they are short staffed and have been for quite some time now. Been meaning to switch to a different agent, just haven't gotten around to it yet."
